Photography Deapartment
The photography facility houses both color and black and white production
equipment and serves approximately 250 students a year.The black and white
darkroom is equipped with 15 B&W condenser enlargers that print from
35mm through 4 x 5" negatives. Color equipment includes 8 color enlargers
that can accommodate up to 4 x 5" negatives. Color prints are processed
in a Hope color print processor. The photo facility houses a small darkroom
for non-silver and other alternative processes. Other equipment includes
negative dryers for sheet and roll film, R.C. and fiber print dryers, and
several dry-mount presses. Our Specialized Photographic Techniques class
includes instruction on medium and large format cameras and professional
lighting equipment.
